Section 01General Introduction & Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between users of the qqff platform and all its services ("User" or "you") and qqff ("we", "us", "qqff"). By accessing the qqff website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
These Terms apply to qqff's online casino, sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and all other gaming services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.
Section 02Eligibility & Age Requirement
To create an account and use services at qqff, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account forfeiture. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful.

Keeping your account login credentials (username and password) secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
3.3 Updating Information

Section 04Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
qqff currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). No other payment methods are currently accepted.
4.2 Minimum Limits
- Minimum Deposit: ৳100 per method
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Withdrawal Processing Time: 10–45 minutes
4.3 Identity Verification
qqff may complete an identity verification process before processing a withdrawal. The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same. Transactions from accounts in a different name or from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Section 05Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
qqff offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or a ৳14,000 deposit earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. You must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not deposit+bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered to withdraw bonus winnings.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account, per household, or per IP address.
- Bonuses must be used within a specified period; expired bonuses will be forfeited.
- Different contribution rates may apply to specific games when wagering a bonus.
- Withdrawing beyond the minimum withdrawal limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- qqff reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
Section 06Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, qqff may cancel a bet due to technical errors, data feed issues, or human error. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.
6.2 Sports Betting
Cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are available in the sports betting section. All odds are updated in real time. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
6.3 Live Casino & Slots
Live casino tables, slot machines, and other games have their own rules that are displayed when the game loads. The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are stated in the game interface.
Section 07Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqff platform:
- Fraud, manipulation, or exploiting system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
- Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or false identities.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Impersonating qqff staff.
- Any attempt to undermine the platform's security systems.
- Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.
Violating any of these restrictions will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account, and all balances may be forfeited.
Section 08Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the qqff website — logos, designs, graphics, text, software code, and game content — is the property of qqff or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
All rights to games and content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) are owned by the respective providers.
Section 09Limitation of Liability
qqff provides its services on an "as is" basis. qqff will not be liable in the following circumstances:
